Body Mass Index(BMI) – Body mass index is a measure of someone’s weight in relation to their height. BMI provides an indicator of body fatness for most people and is used to screen for weight categories that may lead to health problems.
Target Heart Rate – This is the heart rate that is attained during aerobic exercise and represents the minimum level of exertion at which cardiovascular fitness can increas for an individual in a given age group.
Basal Metabolic Rate(BMR) – This is the number of calories you’d burn if you stayed in bed all day. The formulas uses the variables of height, weight, age and gender to calculate the BMR.
