Lots of fun with lots of prizes. Big Prize is an I-pod touch. Fitness activities will conclude with a healthy cooking demo.

Individual classes are offered for beginners-Ballroom Smooth, Ballroom Rhythm and Latin Dancing. Intermediate Ballroom Dancing is also available. Each class is an hour long. Take two or more dance classes and receive a 10% discount. Health & Stress WorkshopDo YOU Have Symptoms of STRESS? Headaches, Fatigue, Lower Back Pain, Digestive Problems? This lecture will educate the audience on symptoms, how stress affects overall health, and what a person can do to relieve stress both at work and at home. Register by September 11.
